Removable wheelie bars??

Removable wheelie bars?? After seeing some of these wheel stands and the damage done when coming down I'm a little worried that it could happen to me. Are there any types of removable wheelie bars? I've seached but haven't found anything. I know they need to be as rigid as possible but I'd rather not driver around with them on. Plus they have to be a pain when working on the car.

every set of wheelie bars I've seen have been removable. There are generally brackets attached to the rear end and then the wheelie bars themselves have heim joints that slide into a slot on the rear bracket and bolt in. (This gives you your adjustability)
