Go to a 15" racing rim to increase side wall and decrease unsprung weight. I run Centerline Convo Pros and love 'em, but there are other good wheels out there.

15 inch wheels are going to be your most common size. I run 15 x 8.5 Centerline Telstars on the rear with a 28 x 9 x 15 M/T Drag Slick and 15 x 6 Telstars on the front with 205-65-R15's on the front. Some people like the skinnies, but I like the sure footedness of the little bit bigger tire. I have had cuts in the past and really don't see where they made all that much of a difference to outweigh the safety aspect. Just My Opinion.

for cheapness and ease, its hard to beat stock wheels 16" with 26x10x16 et streets. i went 1.59 with those and consistent 1.63 or so

I ran Draglite XP's, then 15" Pro Stars, and now I have a set of used Bogarts coming. I'm curious to see how good they look and how well they fit.
