Default Will bigger converter drop a tenth?

This is my daily driver, mods are in my sig, my DA was around 5000ft. I ran 13.11 @ 104.8 with a 1.94 60'. That is my best 60 to date. I am really trying for 12s NA at this altitude.
I can get a good deal on a 3600 2.2 str converter that is about 5lbs lighter then my current 3200 2.0. I could then resale mine to recoup most of the cost.

Do you think this would get me a 12.99?

I believe that it should. I have a friend that's cutting 1.6's with a 3800 coverter. He runs 12.5 n/a. No h/c. Of course, not at 5000 either!

if your going to change it i would go higher than 3,600 maybe 3,800-4,000. Run as much str as you can with out loosing crazy *** traction and you'll be in the 12's.
