Default License Requirements?

I know you need the license passes and a physical, is there anything else I'm forgetting?

As for the physical, how recent does it need to be? Any special requirements for it, or is it just a typical physical with my normal doctor? I can't seem to find any information on the NHRA's website for the 9.99 and quicker license or where to contact them for it, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Here's a link to the forms. You have to use their physical form and I think it needs to be within the past 30 days. You'll also need to have your chassis cert already done.

I just did all that 2 months ago. Download the license forms and physical form from NHRA's site. Need both forms filled out before going to make the required passes. Talk to someone in the tower when you go to the track and tell them you're licensing. They'll set you up in the lanes to run single passes. Then they'll need to sign your paperwork when you've made all 6 runs. You need to find 2 licensed drivers to witness and sign off for your passes also.

Good luck.

Thanks guys. I'm not ready to make any passes yet, lol. Car doesn't even run yet, but I need to go in for a physical soon anyways and wanted to kill two birds with one stone and avoid another doctor's bill in a few months. I plan to be driving the car by the end of August (I think ) so it would only be a couple months. I've got the two licensed drivers covered.
