MT Drag Radials, you use them? Get inside! I have some questions for people running these tires.
What kind of HP you putting down? what RPM's are you leaving at.
I've been using 26x10.5x16 ET Streets and just purchased some 15x3 and 15x8 Prostars.
on motor i'm arond 380 HP and dump the clutch at 5500 RPMS(yes, 12bolt
)
on spray i dump it at 4500 RPMS.
I'm changing up my suspension for the track (HAL's on all corners).
I was going to purchase some MT DR's 275/50/15's b/c i've read they hook better the MT ET Streets.
I've been told that for my HP and goals that i need to go to a full slick.
Just seeing what type of 60ft's people are cutting w/ the MT DR's and what HP #'s you're putting down.
Oh, i have a M6 so its hard to compare w/ the auto's

I have run my 02 on MT dragradials for a while they hook much better then the BFG drags it has 400rwhp, I`m running 275/17s. Cablebandit has run consistant 10.1s with 275/17s, he`s running a turbo setup w/A4 tranny. Mike Brown has run 9.64 with his twin turbo/4L80 with a 1.44 60' on 325/15s. Lots of NMRA - NMCA cars run in the 8s with these tires also.
