Default Race tomorrow need simple, free mods...

I read the weight reduction list and I've done what I've wanted to do from there. Is there anything I can do to add hp for free or almost cheap?

Mods so far:

Running 100 octane (unleaded)
No screen in MAF
Airbox bottom cutout.

I'm putting my t-tops in the back and draining my washer fluid. I'm only running 3 gallons of fuel. I know to warm my tires up. Anything else that will help beat this other guy because we're running for $200.

Dump the 100 octane, you'll make more power on lower octane if you aren't getting any KR. The only thing you can do for free overnight that I can think of is to take everything out of the car you can for a free weight reduction.

only thing overnight is to strip'er down. passenger seat, spare tire, jack, front sway bar, etc etc.

I agree w/ the 100 octane, not going to do you any good.

If you're taking out the t-tops, then you're just creating a nice huge "air brake". Leave them installed on the car.

Run 93 and Get a ziploc bag of Ice for the intake, lower tire pressure for a good launch, change your plugs, take out your air filter just for the race, take out your back seats if you havent already.

Good luck
