Front Spring Rates

What is everyone running?? I've maxed mine out, but I'm not sure what they are. The car use to be a street car with everything up front. Now all I have is a alternator and some basic wiring. Thats it

Powell take the springs out and put them on a NOS scale. Then put them in a press. Compress the spring 1 inch and read your scale. Be sure to zero the scale after the spring is on the scale. This will tell you what you have.
