Black tube/box next to horns? Vaccum hose? What is the black box/tube next to the horns on a 1999 trans am on the passenger side? It has a thin hose of what appears to be to the A/C which has been removed from the car. Can I remove this box and hose If the A/C is gone? Thanks.
