Motor plate guys, what alternator setup?

Motor plate guys, what alternator setup? I am setting up my '98 Formula right now, and I am wondering what alternaor setup I can use with my Motor plate?
I am using a KTS race cars motor plate, as Madman wasn't available at the time. So I just need to know if you used the stock alternator or used an aftermarket one that has brackets on the motor plate. Thanks

I had my hub made to be 3/8" longer (since motorplate is 3/8") so that all my accesories would line up (waterpump, alternator, and tensioner) since they would be moved out that distance from stock.
You can see how the plate was made so that the plugs and what not could still get to the alternator (lower driver side for reference):
