Default Bumper supports

This may sound dumb but can you take out the front and rear bumper supports without taking the covers off? Looks possible but not likely so i figure i ask.

the front can be done ....never tried the rear as its only easier to take it off only about a 15min job to take off.

Just make it easy on yourself and take the covers off to get the supports out, will save your knuckles in the long run, I took both of my supports out by taking the covers off the front and back in about an hour,

I don't know exactly, the sticky at the top of this section says 23 and 21, I would agree that they weigh at least that much.

It's not hard to pull the cover. Keep you from a chance of "f"ing up the paint.

If the car is your daily driver I personally would not do it. They are there for a reason, but still did not keep me from taking mine out along with the doorbars. They are not as heavy as some may think because the thin metal and styrafoam and plastic, but every little bit helps.
