Default solid roller setup problems

i am using comp shaft mounted rocket, custom grind comp cam, comp solid ls1 lifter, and comp 3/8" diameter, comp timing set (not that that one should affect it. cam timing is set correct.

after mounting the shaft mounted rockers there is alot of movent in the rocker arm (over 0.080 between the valve and the rocker tip), after turning the engine over once the lifters have no play in them at all, i cant even get a feeler gauge in to measure.
i thought maybe the pushrod is falling out of the guide of the rocker, all appears to be ok.

any help or suggestions would greatly be apreciated

If the cam is a small base circle...they will need .100 longer pushrods...just a thought

found the pushrod is binding inside the head, which really sucks cause the guys at comp told me a 3/8 daimeter would work.
so my options are to get 5/16 rods coming, or open up the head a lil. what do yall think on this one?
