Default et street radial size? and metric front runner?

What size do you think I would benfit from the most?
These will be on 8.5 convo pros.

MT ET Street Radial
275-50-15
26" tall,rim 8.5,tread.10.0
255-60-15
27.1" tall, rim 8.0,tread 8.8
275-60-15 (Will these fit in my wheel well without any mods?)
28" tall,rim 8.0, tread 9.2

By mid season the car will be making somewhere around 430rwhp and weight approx 3,450

Has any one ran 165-80-15 kumho for front runners?

Thanks

The 275-60-15 is a narrow 28" tire, it will hook the best. But depending on your gearing it might eat up 1mph.

PSJ

The gearing is 411 with a m6. Can I clear the 28's without messing with the lip on the qtr?

Thanks

I would run the 275-50-15 because they have more width. It will also not set off the ABS. I have had alot of sets of the 165-15's and they work great. If your set on the 28 inch tall then go with 325-50-15's.

275-60-15 on a 15x8 will fit without major clearancing. A 325 won't.

+1

i have done this exact combo. no clearancing needed at all. on a 10" rim its only minor stuff ( bumpstop removal and slight banging with BFH)

I would go with the 275/60/15s as well. MT doesn't make a 255-60-15 btw.

I was plannign on the 275 60 15 tire.. but they are going on my 15 x 9.75 bogart welded rt's.. .I didn't have to clearance anything at all for a 26 x 11.5 et street, so I doubt I'll have to do anything for these either. Who sells that metric fron tradial that you are talking about too? And what height is it in inches? I'm not concerned about the abs, as that's coming out of my car anyway, more for the ground clearance, as I will drive around some on this tire setup... probably about 80% of the 1500 miles a year I put on my car.
