Default rear springs

I also posted this in the suspention sec...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Im putting a set of 1997 rear V6 springs in to help with weight transfer at the track. However when you compare the v6 springs with the ones out of my car they look the same and measure the same. How can you tell if they are the right ones? Anyoine know?

Not for sure but I think that you needed to get pre 96 v6 springs.
I went to the bone yard and found a 95 V6firebird and pull them out.
They have thinnner wire, more coils and stand 1 inch taller then a stock 99 Z28 rear spring.
