Default Best height for QA1 Coilovers

I just installed my QA1 'R' Series coilovers up front... I will be running 15x3.5 wheels with 165R15 tires...

How high should I set the coilovers?

My ride height is 27.5" on the skinnies and 28 on the stock wheels/tires. This is measured to the bottom of the wheel well from the ground and through the center of the wheel.

put your car on scales and setup the weight of the car and not just the height. unless you are worrying about a certain look of hte car.

Not really going for a look, just the best performance I can get out of it...

I guess I'll have to snag some scales somewhere...

SWEET, one of my buddies that runs circle track said I can use his 4 corner scales to setup the car...

Any one have any tips on setting it up?

How do I get the weight to the rear using the coilovers?

and is the 49/51 f/r optimal? or what should I shoot for?
