MS3 + 4.10s = what height tire?

MS3 + 4.10s = what height tire? Just like the title says, should I be able to use a 26" tire and be able to stay in 4th gear at the end of the 1/4 mile? My car is a M6

I was at 114mph with most of the bolt ons (NO TUNING) and a 3380 race weight, now I should have any where from a 3050 racewaight to 3100 raceweight and full bolt ons and the cam, I put the car on a diet

And have a full fuel system to support this of course. But I will switch to some 28" tall tires.Dan
