Default Which set of drag radials?

I have a 99 ss camaro M6 with 340rwhp and 341 rwtq. I can't hook for crap with my nitto nt 555 extreme performance tires. So I am going to buy a couple of drag radials for my car and was wondering which tires are best for my power? I have the stock rear end so I dont want anything too sticky but enough to stop the spinning. My tire size is 275/35/18 on a 9.5 rim. Thanks alot!

Is this car daily driven, does it see rain? I think that size is going to limit you to a 555R or BFG. I probrably wouldn't drive the new BFG pattern in the rain though.

If you have a spare set of stock rims my vote would be for mickey thompson's. Out of all the true DR's they've hooked the best for me (minus ET Streets, but I don't count those as DR's).

No my car isn't my daily driver and if it's raining I'd just switch the tires so thats not a problem. I just want something that will hook but not super sticky cuz it's the stock rear end.

be careful with your stock rear, it may go boom with the stickies.
