Default Tire Pressure on street tires/F-body track preparation

I have 245/50/zr16 Yokohama ES100's all around on my 95' Trans Am. Usually I keep them at 35 PSI for daily driving. Today I am going to the track (2nd track day). What PSI should I have these tires at?

Also I took out the backseats, the spare tire and jack, topped off all the fluids. What else can I do to prepare my car for the track?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Default

44-50 psi up front
18-20 psi in rear

Launch it around 3500-4000rpm , slipping the clutch quickly, not dumping it

I left everything in my car, only thing i went a lil light on was gasoline put about 1/2 tank in it (im 50 miles away from track)

i broke my stock rear on street tires too

I have the same tires currently. My first time at the track I left them around 30 and pulled 2.1 and 2.2's

I dropped them to around 25, and pulled 2.0's all night. I launched around 2k rpms. Youve got an LT1, which has more torque down low than my LS1. Just feather the clutch and as soon as they hook, let er rip
