Dude, if you look at the stock kmember it sits below the oil pan, so you actually don't need syab's with a stock kmember, mine's saved me quite a few times!

No they will not fit a stock k-member.

A fuel cutoff isnt required unless you have a belt driven fuel pump.

Well, MADMAN is there anything you recomend using/doing in place of the SYAB sytem? Something of the same nature though, to take the impact of a wheelstand.

You will have to fab something up out of some tubing that is light enough to crush upon impact

Thas what i was figuring. I just dont want to spend the time fabing something and then breaking it, but hell id rather do that then lose and oil pan or headers.

Madman - What size/wall thickness tubing do you use for yours?

Maybe put some limiters on it so it doesn't come down hard enough to hurt it?

Heres a retarded idea, it just popped into my head so don't flame me: What if you made something like what they use for bumper shocks? You know, how they are designed to compress on impact? You could put one on each side with a plate on the bottom. I bet you could pull them from old G bodies in the yard for $10 a pair. You would have to make a bracket of some sort to mount them.

Or how about putting a small pnuematic tire right at the center of the K member?

"Is that a serious question?"

"No, it isn't."

I was making some nylon blocks to put on the k-frame to do the same thing. When I worked at ford they used nylon blocks on the end of outriggers(keep car from rolling over) The nylon would just wear when/ if they got up on two wheels and would hit.

Why not some wheelie bars until you get your suspension figured out?

Couple of pecies of mild steel square tube i think would work, just get whatever size you need to be lower then your oil pan. I would be light, crush on impact, cheap, easy to fab and replace.
