Stagging lights
We are having a problem I hope someone has come acrossed. We have a 95 Camaro car running in SuperSport. The problem is very strange and we are at a lost. When stagging the car, on four differnet times the bottom light on the tree go off after we have stagged. It happen lastnight again, we are POSITIVE that the car did not roll back out of the light. It of course has a transbrake, and like all transbrake it will roll slightly froward at times. We where thinking that it maybe it is letting the reverse lock first cause a roll back situtation, so we have been watching and waiting. Lastnight we had a video on it and I swere it did not move, but the light went off. We have heard everything from the rims are reflecting back too increasing the air pressure in the front wheel. We have looked at a lot of thing to make sure that only the tires are tripping the beam. Has anyone come across, or heard of this.
Thanks
Dennis

btw, have you tried to just "footbrake" it and not use the transbrake?? I would try footbraking it a few times and see what happens.. you could be hitting the transbrake button a little bit early and just barely getting in the beams and when the tbrake locks up and the tire stops rolling it could settle in and be just out of the beams reach. so try footbraking it. there is a little room to go forward before the top bulbs go out so just play with your timing a little bit..
