No hood

Quick question, are you allowed to run at the track with no hood on? And if so, what kind of safety for the engine compartment is needed?

yes, you can run with no hood...as far as safety goes, i'd check nhra rules.

does anyone have any idea as to what the rules are tho? the nhra rulebook is alot to go through
