New times.
I just finished with some new mods (read 3 hours before track time)
New mods since last runs include:
Vig 3200
BMR LCAs
Nitto 555Rs
Maintenance items -
Fuel filter/plugs/Seafoam/13111 O2s
Run 1. Aprox 6:15pm - Stalling up to 2200ish
(30lbs tire pressure, half *** burn out)
60ft - 1.806
330 - 5.394
1/8 - 8.329
MPH - 83.73
1000' -10.888
1/4 - 13.046
MPH - 103.87
Run 2. Aprox 7:00pm - Stalling up to 2600ish
(Let someone else drive the car, as I just had the converter put in 3 hrs ago
Change air pressure to 18lbs, good burnout)
60ft - 1.891
330 - 5.467
1/8 - 8.392
MPH - 83.97
1000' -10.940
1/4 - 13.087
MPH - 104.60
Run 3. Aprox 9:30pm - Flashing the converter
(Me driving again, 18lbs of air in the nittos, halfassed burnout)
60ft - 1.806
330 - 5.370
1/8 - 8.295
MPH - 84.05
1000' -10.846
1/4 - 12.996
MPH - 104.39
Run 4. Aprox 9:45pm - Flashing the converter.
I lost the slip for this one, it was:
60ft - 1.80
1/4th - 13.07
MPH - 103.29
I'm hoping the car was slow due to the inhumanly temeratures, and
having no prior experience with a car that has a converter, let alone driving to the track 3 hours after having the unit installed. No matter what I did, flashing/stalling, all of my 3 runs were all 1.80 60s.
In better weather and with more practice I'm hoping for 12.5 in "cold" weather.
