It was easy, i ate as much as I used to and then would simply
just kidding. I saw a picture of myself at the beach and grossed myself out. Now my goal is to hit 170 and get shredded, so I can keep my creature comforts in the car.

It was way easier than I expected to drop the weight. Although I did it 3 times already. 250 to 145, 225 to 180, and now this time. I dropped the first 50 in 3-4 months and the last 20 in another 3. It was tough the last 3 because i wanted to eat to get bigger (muscle). Its funny Andre's pictures there almost mirror what looked like and look like now. The next month I'll be pulling water weight and the last 15 pounds out of me to get dry and cut, so I can start eating to bulk up. I am only pulling the water to get even fat distribution on my body. A needed step since I was such a lardass.

I just started going to the gym again for the first time in about 3 years. 3 weeks straight so far. Lets see how long this will last. It is alot easier to cut crap out the car though.

I agree its easier to cut stuff out of the car.
but then I thought ....what if I lose 50 pounds as well, then I will be even faster.
I have lost 20 so far.
255 down to 235.

I did the same thing. Jan 1st I weighed in at 245 with a 40" waist. I was totally disgusted. In 3 months I dropped to 170 and 30" waist. Now I've been working out again for about 7 weeks and am loving it. Yes and if you worked out before and loose a lot of body fat people think you're juicin. Leaner just looks bigger.
