Asuming you don't have an electric water pump, the belt will run around the tensioner, across the passanger side of the water pump, then to the alternator and around the crank. Same as factory routing, your just taking the PS out of the loop, and if your talking about the idler pulley next to the PS, that comes off.

There will also be a bolt on the alternator that will be in the way. You'll have to modify it or remove it.

If you have an EWP and no PS or AC, you can get the BMR adjustable alternator bracket (got mine from Thunder) and run one real short belt from the crank pulley directly to the alternator.

yes the belt can ride on it but it would be a much cleaner look to go with the short belt on the alt. instead of trying to re-route everything when you don't need to

The AC has it's own belt and idler pulley. I don't see how not running PS or the factory water pump would affect the AC routing.

Was wondering the same thing. When I bought the BMR Alt. bracket, they had this note:

"Note: this kit is designed to be used with an electric water pump and no power steering or air conditioning."

Was no issue for me since I have no AC.

You'll need a 16x1.5 plug and an 18x1.5 plug. I would suggest draining the rack if your going to plug it. If not, loop the lines. Summit should have the plugs or adapters that you need.
