car in sig is on a Nitto 305/45/18...that's a 28.8. Suprisingly, mine took a little adjusting on the lca's some hammering on the wheel well, take off bump stop, and then trimming the rear bumper ever so slightly. My fenders aren't even rolled~!

Not talk you out of it but that is more tire your car needs. You should be fine with 28's 10.5 x 15.

Default 29" tires

Here's a pair of MT sportmans, 29", smallest one they make. My fenders have been clearanced for 28" slicks front and back but the top lip is stock and not rolled.
They are mounted on 15x10" rims w/a 6.5 BS.

my concern is running out of gear in the 1/4 on spray. with the 4.30s i want to make sure I have room for mph, but if i dont need 29s, i'll definitely go with 28"s

Thanks for the pics guys, I am interested in how much bumper will have to be trimmed as people have told me that is what i'll have to do

They are the smallest Sportsman they make, I can't find the Jegs catalog just now. They are bias ply but this size doesn't require tubes.

thats a good question, but the reason i ran so much gear is bc the car is much better off that way on the motor. But when i go to the track, which isnt too often, i wanna throw the big tire on there and still be able to mph high on the spray.

i spray the car less than 1% of the time im driving it so i set it up to run well on motor, but i still want to be able to trap in the high 120's if my car can

how fast are you looking to go?
