Balancer has nothing to do with front plate. As for the rest, I have seen 1/4 inch spacers in catalogs, for pulleys that are balanced & drilled. Anything that spins needs to be balanced, I know guys that just make their own, but I wouldn't. Anything that does not spin, you can make spacers for.
All my stuff is custom and I use a mandrel, so my pictures won't help.

i guess since i'm using an aftermarket water pump i wont need the pulley for that so the balancer not being spaced out the 1/4" (for the plate) wont be an issue? Madman, wanna go ahead and machine one of those alt. brackets for me and send one up to ft worth...
