Im removing the sound deadening from beneath the carpet and the center console is stopping me from finishing. how do i remove the center console?
I already got the 4 bolts inside the center and the 2 on the sides, idk whats holding it down. My TA is an sutomatic, do i have to remove the shifter? how
and how do i remove the side door panels, i want to remove the side impact bars. i got the 3 screws out but idk where to go from there.

Well Im not sure on 4th gens, but on 3rd gens there was a giant staple holding the shift **** on the autos.
As for the door panels, lower the window, undo the 3 screws, I think there is another screw on the small section that holds the window switch too, pop out the window switch and unhook the switches/light, disconnect the sliding lock lever and pull the panel up. Its really easy after the first time. Just like sex.
