tire selection
Ok guys, I've been reading alot but with some of the new tires out I'm still not positive on what the best choice would be for my car. I'm running a 26x11.5x15 hoosier quick time pro and I can't get it to hook. Will a 26x10 hoosier slick be enough? I'm really REALLY trying to avoid cutting the car or doing anything to a painted area. I'd like some opinions so that I can avoid spending money twice because this is also going to involve a gear change. I'm running a 3.73 but have alot left on the top end so I'm going to give it more gear.
my choices are a 4.10 if I stay on a 26"
4.30 on a 27"
4.56 on a 28"
other mods:
TH350 with a brake and 5000 stall.
450 rwhp
15x10 with 7.5 backspacing
car weighs about 3200lbs
Thanks
