It's going to vary depending on your setup but I usually leave around 6700-6800

As high as the track prep will allow. My rev-limiter is set to 7200, if the car is hooking, I am leaving at 7200.

Same here: Normally 5800-6400 but not more because if the track is real good (rare at tracks in Mi) the back bumper is draggin and you dont get faster doing wheel stands.

Your car is squatting real bad!
Fix that and you will be able to hook.

If you don’t have LCA relocation brackets, get a set and install the LCA in the lower hole.
Your LCA should be running slightly up hill as they go forward

^^ Just boltons and u can rev to 7000??? Isnt stock redline 6000k? Didnt think boltons could achieve a higher rev limit. Plus u have DR's and a new rear right?

Spinning to 7k without an upgraded valvetrain would not be very smart

Maybe you consider that a "bolt-on". After all, 99% of mods bolt on in one way or another!
