Default Front Suspension Problem

Didnt get a response in the handling section so i figured someone in here would know....

I noticed that the front passenger side of my Camaro was sitting extremely low this morning. I looked in the fender well and saw that the upper a-arm was not extended straight out like normal, instead it was extended upward and the spring is compressed a good bit! Nothing looks broken or cracked or anything. What could this be? A blown shock maybe?

Everything on the front suspension is stock besides QA1 shocks.
I jacked that side of the car up and if I let it down very slowly the suspension stays just below normal ride height but if I let it down quickly it sits down very low!

Any ideas?

Default

shocks don't affect ride height unless they are load leveling or neomats.
