I've been looking at Rossler myself. His prices seem to be decent for what you get and many people have reccomended him to me.

I chose a TCI Glide and Chance converter. I'll see how good it works in a month.

I personally would go with Coan. I know lots of guys that run them behind big inch BBC's and Mopars with no issues.

As for converter, I would recomend talking to Craig at Coan Transmissions.

I used a Neal Chance converter previously and the lockup clutch came apart in no time at all. Most people have great luck with them, not me. I wouldnt use one in anything ever again.

It was in my '95 Trans Am.... heads/cam/nitrous car. It had maybe 250-300 street miles on it.

It was the first one that he had ever heard of that came apart . He didn't even want to give me another one to try. He just refunded my money and I switched the converter to a custom Coan setup. All issues were gone, and works like a champ.

My race car is getting a custom 8" Coan converter. Ordering it this weekend at the World Drag Expo in Chicago.

I dont have any idea. They wouldn't even tell me what the ACTUAL problem with it was. They just said you are getting a refund and thats it. Oh well I guess.

Coan, I know they have models for your level.

A bunch of us around here use them, high 6's, lo 7's.

I usually talk to Jason, when he's not racing.
