I use an ARC switch panel and build my own harnesses.

Tried using a universal 14 circuit harness from painless but didn't have real good luck with it so now I'm going to attempt an EZ2Wire 22 circuit harness. I figure for the price (149.99), its worth a shot

I build a harness for the cars I build. Sometimes use an ARC switch panel on some customers cars. Most of the time I just make a switch panel with mil-spec switches.

The best wire ive ever used i got was primary wire from a site online called "theinstallbay.com". Very easy to work with, thick jacket, and it doesnt hold shape AT ALL. So it goes where you want it! They have a lot of cool **** on there.

The big spools from farm & fleet.
Been in my slow car for almost 20 years, no problems.
I've used the bulk spools from a few places in the past.
