Default Need Specs and Dimensions of 4-Link Brackets, Coil over brackets etc

Ok basically im looking for a PDF, CAD files with the specs and dimensions for both 4link housing and chassis brackets, coil over housing brackets and wheelie bar brackets. Im going to have my local shop punch them out on thier CNC machine outa .250in CM plate. I realize most shops and companies dont want to give info like this out but im hoping somebody on here has some info or a link to info.

Let me know what ya guys got,

thanks,

-john

It is actually not practical for most shops to make this stuff. You will likely have to get the info from a chassis shop such as McAmis or similar.

Ok, I checked them out and I think they had enough dimensions for me to figure out the rest. I jus cant see myself spending over 100 bucks in brackets when i can make them for so much cheaper. lol

I can tell you that you need to understand the theory behind the 4 link before you start making brackets. If the holes dont come in where they need to be then you will end up with a nitemare trying to tune the suspension. Also dont use the 3/4 hole setup. Try to use 5/8 or 1/2 holes so you can get more instant centers.

Madman thanks for the heads up on the hole sizes. Regarding the bracket designs is there anyway to really know what is a good design and what isnt? I ask cuz when you look at brackets from other companies alot of the time the design varies quite a bit. Is there a basic rule of thumb for the whole placement aside from the general 4link theory?

That is the whole trick on setting your 4 link up. You have to visualize what you are going to need plus add ride height and weight distribution, and hp into the equation.
