Default Roll Cage Question

just a quick question about some cage stuff, where i live we have a IHRA track and in a t-top car you can run to 11.50 without a bar, but as far as NHRA goes i heard you need a bar any quicker that 13.99 is there any truth to this?? Any input is appreciated, thanks.

you have to have a helmet at 13.99 i think but only a 6pt cage at 11.99, and i think 12.99 for a convertible. Someone like Madman will know for sure.

t-top is still considered a solid roof car not a vert so nhra would be the same 11.5
