Default Flowmaster outlaw muffler at collector??

Since it seems the muffler on collector setup is all the rage, i think i am going to try this out. I was interested in seeing if anyone has ran the Flowmaster outlaw series mufflers? I had the 1 chambers on my TDs and would like to try the outlaw series for the collector muffler.

I'm looking at either of these mufflers:

-Flowmaster outlaw series
-Dynatech Split flow

The only thing i hold against the dynatech's "sound absorbing material". They claim to never burn out, but i know i will somehow find a way to do it to screw them up. So, I'm left with Flowmasters. I am worried about the noise level with them though...

Any opinions/personal experience is very welcome!

yea, it sounds like they are basically a Dynomax bullet w/o the sound deadening material in them. If that is so, i bet they are LOUD, and will be pretty much open header power. Anyone got pics of the inside of this muffler(flowmaster outlaw)?!

I dont think Beech Bend has a DB rating though, just a muffler rule...You got any other ideas man?!

I'd like to go with the Borla's like you, but just can't bring myself to the $$$ they cost for the oval style

Hell if BB doesn't have a DB rating just go with a bullet muffler.

Are you running the 3" mufflers w/ reducers or the 3.5s?

they have sound deadening baffles in them. they really aren't that loud and unlike the dynomax have a deep sound.

I have the 3.5 split flows. They make good power but are not at all quiet.
