Default benifit of skinnies?

how much faster can you go if you run skinnies vs like 275's up front?

I estimate about a tenth. I also recommend Goodyears skinnies because they may be the lightest. They do assist with ET at the track.

I dont think 275 would be considered skinnies but, skinnies do help by making front end lighter and helps plant rear wheels. less wight equals to better et's.

I usually see .15 - .2 in the 1/4. Better 60' and higher trap speed.

Less weight, less rotating mass, less roll out to break the beams quicker. On yea, looks cooler
