never been there but here are ther rules on ther site for street car night.
I would think the helmet thing would apply.

Batteries must be securely mounted. No delay boxes, trans-brakes, dual line locks, air shifters, or two-steps (two steps ok with manual transmission). If you are caught you are subject to disqualification. Mufflers are required (Exhaust must at least extend to the back edge of the drivers door) Helmets are required in 13.99 & quicker cars One Passenger is allowed in 14.00 and slower cars, passengers must be16 and have valid driver’s license Every vehicle must have a license plate (registration not checked)Working head lights and brake lights are requiredLong Pants are required Properly installed Nitrous Oxide systems are allowedOverflow catch cans required, most vehicles already have one Seat belts are requiredSlicks are permitted, must have drive shaft loop on RWD carsNo tube chassis cars, Back-halved cars permitted All cars must have hoods No lexan windows permitted, all windows must be OEM glass

Your car should fun faster then a 13.99 at that track. My vert ran 13.4 there and that was completely stock. And yes you will need a helmet. There is a local club there that can answer any of your questions. They go to MIR all the time. Check in on them at somdracing.com and they can answer any questions you may have.
