Default I'm confused

ok i recently installed a pt4400 to my stock internal car but i lost 2 mph and when at the track when the car is in third it falls flat on it's face entering 3rd gear, the car doesn't pull anymore and the rpm doesn't climb or move from 5300 i'll try to insert a pic of my hpt scanner? am i overshooting my powerband in third? what can be done? although i did lower my et. .07 of a sec it seems a bit low since i went from a yank st3500 to a yank pt4400 car is a stock internal car weighs in at 3350 on race day with a 3.42 gear and 26x10 et drag tire. any ideas? what can be done to help?
