Even though I had almost a full tank of gas (instead of my race trim 1/4 tank) I decided to go to the track tonight anyway at the last minute.
Results with pure street tires:
60' - 1.696
330' - 5.290
1/8 - 8.074
MPH - 90.06
1000 - 10.449
1/4 - 12.421
MPH - 114.93
Results with Hoosier QTP DOT street tires:
60' - 1.769
330' - 5.004
1/8 - 7.714
MPH - 91.59
1000 - 10.062
1/4 - 12.035
MPH - 114.86
Now I wish I had about 75#'s less of fuel!!! Oh well. The only disappointing thing was that for some reason I was seeing knock retard (about 3° avg) while recording the runs using ATAP which indicated that I was only getting 23° of engine timing which was killing some of the power.
The other odd thing was that my daily driver tires actually gave me a better 60' time launching at ~1500 RPM but broke loose at the 100' mark costing me ET where as the Hoosier's spun a bit off the line (launching at ~5800-6000 RPM) but really hooked once out of the box.
A bit more practice with the Hoosier's and resolving the knock retard should have me at my goal of getting kicked out of the track for running 11's with no roll bar

Congrats, you've got a strong running car - man but that sure is close to an 11! You'll probably get that 11 the next time you go out to the track.

How is the hell did you cut a 1.69 sixty on street tires? You'll hit 11.8's on a 1/4 tank of gas with some traction from your QTP's out of the hole.
