Default Lift tires inches off the ground during Launch.

I heard that if you take an F-body and put on DRag Radial on the rear, and launch correctly, the front tires can come off the ground? What about some DR's and a 125 Shot of Nitrous? Thanks for the help

If the track hooks very hard....maybe. But to be quite honest, you need adjustable shocks, drag springs, and a good torque arm for the "hanging the hoops" launch. Its not that hard to do. Once you start adding more power, you have to worry more about how big a wheelie you will do, rather then if you will do one.
