I'll show ya Saturday. I took mine off last weekend and put 'em in the attic.
The front and rear supports were 40 lbs according to the bathroom scale.

sounds good mark. zach was gonna show me how, but he looked at the TA and was like, hey, this isnt a camaro, i dont know how to do it on these
i already took about 150 off since last time if i can take the front support off, theres another 30 or so pounds.
im shooting for 11.4s with the heavy drivetrain.

I don't see how a TA would be much different than a Camaro, other than the headlights. I dunno maybe it's totally different.

Aren't the fog lights also attached to the support?

I believe the fog lights are attached, so you have to figure out a way to run those in another area, or just remove them...
If I removed my supports my car would be light, but as much as its daily driven I think twice about it, but if someone had detailed instructions, I would do it in a heart beat probably...

just your basic boltons, headers, lid 3.73 gears in a strange 12 bolt and chromoly driveshaft and a, get this, vig 3200 converter 224/224 cam, some suspension stuff, blah blah blah.
