depending on the track, some tech people follow slightly different guide lines, I thought you only needed steel valve stems on slicks!, also, if your running slicks you'll also need extended studs and C clip eliminators, duhh a helmet, I have my rule book in the car, I'll get it later!

Just a few that will pertain to you......
SuperPro : 7.50 - 11.99....
DSL required on all cars running or quicker except vehicles running 13.00 secs. or slower equiped with street tires.
Flywheel and clutch meeting SFI Spec 1.1, or 1.2(2 disk max.)mandatory on any car 11.99 or quicker.
Flywheel shield meeting SFI Spec 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, or 9.1 mandatory on all cars running quicker than 11.99....see general regs. 2:3, 2:5, 2:6, 2:10.
Axle retention devices mandatory on all vehicles running 10.99 and quicker.
Automatic Transmissions :
Transmission shield meeting SFi Spec. 4.1 mandatory on any car running 10.99 or quicker, or any car exceedind 135 MPH.
Roll Bar : Mandatory in all cars running 11.00 - 11.99, and verts running 13.99 - 11.00
Roll Cage : Mandatory in all cars running 10.99 or quicker, or any car exceeding 135 MPH.
Head protector : In any car where a bar or cage is required/installed, a padded head protector must be provided at the back of the driver's head......
Roll bar or cage must be padded wherever it may come in contact w/the driver's helmet. Adequate padding should permit 1/4" compression or meet SFI Spec 45.1.....
Driver restraint system :
A quick release 3" shoulder harness meeting SFI spec 16.1 is mandatory in all cars in competition required by the rules to have a roll bar or roll cage. Driver restraint system must be clearly lables as meeting SFI spec 16.1 and be dated by manufacturer. System must be updated at 2 year intervals from date of manufacture. All seatbelt and shoulder harness hardware must be originally designed to be used with each other and produced by the same manufacturer. Cars using OEM or OEM-type seat may root crotch strap in front of seat instead of through seat. Only units that release all five attachment points in one motion and permitted. All harness sections must be mounted to the frame, cross member, or reinforced mounting, and installed to limit driver's body travel both upward and forward. Seatbelts may not be wrapped around lower frame rails. Under no circumstances are bolts inserted through belt webbing permitted for mounting.
Helmets : Drivers of NHRA Lucus Oil Drag Racing Series and ET cars (13.99 or quicker) must use a helmet meeting Snell 90, 95, K98, 2000, SFI 31.1A, 31.2A, 41.1A, or 41.2A specs.
Wheels : Wheel studs must be threaded into hex portion of lugnut a distance at least equal to the diameter of the stud.
Tires : Metal, screw-in valve stems mandatory in tubeless tires, front and rear, on vehicles running 11.99 or quicker.

Also once you hit 10.99 a trans blanket on an automatic is required, a SFI-approved balancer is required 10.99 and quicker, and aftermarket axles are required 10.99 and quicker.
