Default Anyone with a 16v system

Im thinking of going 16v in my car but i need to know what im going to have to change to make this work.I have bs3 and aeromotive pumps those are the only things im worryed about burning out.I need to get rid of my two 12v batterys and go to just one.

Pump will be fine. Don't know about controller. I do have a old data recorder & it still works perfect, after 10 years with a 16V system. I would call Meany before I burn it up, just in case.

All I have ever heard is that aftermarket computer systems like 16V's better than 12 so I would venture to say you will be fine.

The box will be fine, I have run every box from John on 16 with a alt. My cars run 17-17.3 all thru the run.

The only thing I've heard doesn't like 16 volts are the little lights in the dash board. I've heard they have a habit of burning out rather quickly.

I have hell with oil pressure senders. And my head temp gauge died.

Powermaster here also.
I have had a rash of tailight bulbs burn out at times, but the vibration from the solid motor mounts may do that.

Maybe that is why mine stopped working. I got in it one day and nothing. LOL


I was kinda scared at first so I pulled the valve cover and it is still there. LOL I run without my gauge working. I figured when you see the gauge go to low it is to late anyway.
