Default New Drag Radial Question

Ok i just bought 2 new 255/50/16 bfg g force ta drag radials. I was wondering how everyone is launching on these, technique wise... should i get them nice and hott... what kind of tire pressure, also what kind of rpms launching. I guess my last question is, are these good tires?

I run mine with 15-18psi and get them nice and hot. I cut 1.65 60ft's with mods in sig.
The downside:
I run mine on the street and at the track 3 - 4 times per year. Maybe 3000 street miles and the track runs and mine are bald.

Get them really hot ,air them down to at least 15psi,12psi very minimum, tires are ok but I like Mickey Thompson drag radials a lot better(owned BFG,Nitto and Mickey Thompson drag radials). With the M6 dont launch at high rpms the tires will not grip,it is better to slip the clutch from 4000 rpm.

I am an auto and run them. I lower the psi to 21lbs drive to the tree and nail it. I have no spin with the stock stall. We will see what happens after my new Edge converter is installed this weekend.

You make an excellent point, sir. I completely missed the stunning originality of your inquiry.
