Default dash pad

the stock dash pad, the huge plastic piece kinda infront of the dash is heavier than it looks

4.5 pounds!

I bought some lightweight carpet that is 1lb per yard and it resembles the headliner material. I plan on putting it in the dash pads place

Only seen carpet dash covers, take a couple photos so we can see how it turns out.

its gonna look like the old caddys that grampa's drive with a carpet dash pad, lol. With hats in the rear window too. I dunno bout that, pics are a MUST! after you do it bro.
