Default 27" or 26"

I just got my spec clutch in so now I am going to order some slicks and skinnys. I have 3.90 rear end in my m6, I currently trap about 114mph I plan on adding n20 in the future. I figure I will be traping about 125mph with that. I went to prestage.com and ran some #'s, At 124mph I will be turning 6000rpm w/ a 27" tire. Will a 27" tire fit well?I will be using stock V-8 springs and bogart rims. What about a 11.5 inch tire, will it rub? I don't want to shift to 5th. What do you guys think?

i run a 27x11.5 qtp and it works great for nitrous, for motor, it bogs pretty bad since i have 3.73's, but still cuts 1.6's on motor and low 1.5's on juice.

they fit fine with no modification.

I assume stock rear end with 3.90's? Stock cam, rev limiter at 6150. With 4.11/10's or less 28" BFG Drags. But and a big but would be your rear-end. If it stock 10-bolt, it will not last. There are so many variables with our cars. Either 27's or 28's are going to be tight fit. The best is to see if anyone in your area/buddies have a set of 26's, 27's or 28's just to test fit - maybe one quick run

Trust me he was bogging. I have it on video. I think he launched at 5,000 grand and still bogged. If I launch any higer then 4,000 it spins.

I`m really looking forward to seeing how mine hooks with my E/T`s. Just got 26x11.5 and you can see in my sig my power. The Vig flashes and just destroys my nitto`s. I can`t hook for crap on motor or spray. As soon as I get off nights I will be going to the track and get some times!

well with a N/A I will definatly do best with a 26' but with spray I will run out of gear. Thats the logic behind the 27' tire. I really don't want to shift into 5th!
