Default What K-Member to use

I was going to use the Burkhart K-Member but I was looking around and found the Race Craft one that is a little cheaper. I just want to know if anyone has either one of these

I like the PA Stuff also. I like that they offer an upper control arm. I dont htink that AJE does.

I just installed the Bukhart front end. It is by far the best I have worked with. The fit and quality is great and the weight is low. Also did their manual rack, and bump steer kit.

I would recommend Burkhart.

I have the PA racing one in my '00 Camaro with the Pinto rack and it is not good. It took some custom fabricating to get the rack mounted right and their tech help is non-existant. Go with the AJE!

For a Race car Burkhart Hands Down.

My new street car turbo build will be using BMR's new Turbo K-member.

Well, the AJE is set up so you don't have to run an upper control arm, it just bolts in to keep the weight down. I actually like that idea, and talked to them at the NMCA races a few months back.

I have been considering going this route also----mine is just STREET though..[couple/3 times a year down the track]....I want one that will be sturdy/strong enough for trips and so forth...no crazy driving......BMR is good for this route.???? Please anyone chime in..thanx. [I am more into losing some weight on the front than anything else.]

Are you talking about their strut kit?

The AJE strut kit is awesome. I saw it on Ceaser's 10.5 TA that he has for sale in the Texas section. I would go that route but they do not allow it in most True Ten Five events beacuse it does not bolt into stock locations. There is no upper a-arm. If it was allowed in more classes I would def. run it

Can the burkhart one be made with motor mounts? If so I'll have to give them a call.

Please do. I like the looks of the part, but the whole motor plate just isn't really needed at this point.

I was looking at doing an AJE setup (not the struts, regular front end) but the burkhart setup, if motor mounts are available would be a nicer option IMO
