Hi Chris,

The front end is equipped with the adjustable AFCO setup. Actually I had the shocks on a tight side, due to the great traction and good air last week at MIR. I guess I will have to put the wheelie bars on!

Hi Tosto,

Thanks for posting! I have been a member of the forum for a while, but have not posted too much. I like your Camaro (nice car). I love the LS engines, my daughter has a 98 SS and I just sold a 2006 C6 Z-06, which ran too good for most tracks (no roll bar) Hope to see you in stock eliminator next year. Its a shame that they did away with the Fuel Injected classes! Good Luck

From looking at the video you have a fair amount of front wheel drop (travel). Have you tried limiting front suspension travel in addition to tuning the shock extension?

Do you have the BNC versions?

If so, could you share your settings of both bump and rebound?

Limiters not allowed in stock.

Wayne,
I saw your car at the Dutch. Car is well done. I wanted to get a shot to meet you but nobody was around.

The bars keep the excitment under control. We had the same problem. Every run you could read the trans pan from the front.

Looking forward to catching up to you at a D1 race.

The 60 would look weak because it would measure the rear tires

Limmiters are not allowed in stock! The AFCO's are adjusted according to the track conditions. I had them set tighter than normal last week, but the traction and air were too good! Time for wheelie bars.

Hi Rich,
Sorry I was not around to talk with you. I am going to install the bars this week. I am seriously thinking about putting a stick shift in over the winter. The car can run 170 lbs lighter, which to me is a no brainer, plus I am not an automatic lover!

Yes that pass was blocked by air. The run before was a 10.22 remember the NHRA index for A/FIA is 11.30

The sixty was measured with rear wheels on that run and was 1.45. The car normally does between 1.32 and 1.35 sixties.

Joelster,

The car has done this several times. So I have kind of got used to it! I still worry that it comes down straight. The worse thing that you can do is let out of it. Yes the bottom of the bumper looks like it has been asphalt blasted!

Tosto,

Are you running the Jerico or the G-Force? The only concern that I have is going to the bias ply tires (Since they grow so much) I am not sure if I have enough wheel well room. I have been using the 9.00X30.0X15 Goodyear radials.

You can always run a shock with less travel.
