Default radio/hvac delete cover

so i got bored and decided to finally make my plate to cover the hole... here it is




this one is made from 1/32" .040 abs textured plastic
i also have 3/32" i can make it from to hold gauges/switches etc. but since mine are in the vents i just made it thinner

Looks great! Do you think you could possibly make them for the CD/Tape holder for LT1 camaros? I'd love to have one.

thanks fellas..
geta, the only thing is the carbon fiber stands out, i looked into that but its out of place unless you add more, then it can become too much. but thats just me

you should put some **** there, maybe a boost controller, meth kit, shift light, etc.

nah dont need any of that, just wanted to keep it looking "clean"

I mounted guages there. I used the same plastic you did. It is easy to do this.

Here's mine. We still have to pull the heat out, but that will happen on Saturday. I just used a sheet of ABS plastic from a car audio store online.

It stands out in the picture because it is more reflective than the rest of the interior. Just looking at it without a flash it blends, most people who don't know what they are looking at just glance into the car and never notice it.

it gets hot and cold here, but thats why i have my suv too. cant be driving the TA in the rain and ill be damned if i take the car out when its too hot... i just made the car into my toy for now. dont really know what i plan on doing with the car really. i build then i take apart lol
