This year so far has been a real disappointment. I have not been past the second round this year.

Last year I won 9 races. This year, nada!

This past weekend(1969 Camaro) I went out to Lone Star Raceway to TNT and run in the jack pot race. 7.47, 7.52, 7.47 and 1st round loss 7.52 on a 7.46 dail in. I was upset, but I found what the problems were and fixed them on Saturday.

Sunday I went to TAD to run for a $1,000.00 to win footbrake. I was on the tree. .505, .517, .525. 1st round I pull up to the lanes, get paired up and the car would not start. The positive battery cable was loose and the battery was not holding a charge. We had to jump it and take her back to the pits. I bought back and put the charger on her until the 2nd round. The battery would not start again. Loaded her on the trailer and headed back to the house.

I have not been able to keep my Hot Rod together at all this year. Only 11 passes so far. My rent-a-car(1969 Camaro) has not been much better.

I think that we have everything fixed now on the 1969 Camaro, I hope(my Hot Rod will take awhile).

I sure hope that my luck will change this weekend.

Drag racing wouldn't be drag racing w/o bad luck.

2nd round in footbrake my converter died on me.
i was 3rd in the points too.

your luck will turn around coach, just give it time.

Coach How about if you just get rid of all the bad luck early in the year then have nothing but good luck the rest of the year. I ran the all run bracket race at NPR Saturday night. 144 cars made first round. I got down to 5 cars so I felt ok. We were running instant green no yellows that was a trip. Frank95z

I feel the sorrow. I have red lite almost every race this year. I have only won like 3 rounds all year. (The track just found out this weekend that their roll-out is all screwed up).

Hang in there. There's a lot of racing left.
