Looks to me like you need to put some air in your rear tires. When the weight is transferred to the back of the car it looks like the tire is almost completely flat for a split second.

If you keep clicking the play/pause button really fast it slows the video down enough to where you can see that the wheel is damn near touching the ground. Either that or i'm hallucinating. (which has happened once or twice before LOL)

Do you have a view from the other side? Looks like low air pressure.

theres no way that 17 psi is too low on an et drag. maybe they tried to hook then let go and thats when the tire popped back up? it did spin thru all of first.

Your hitting the tires to hard. Its shocking the hell out of the tires, bouncing, and spinning. Do you have lower control arm relocation brackets?

Does it do that on every launch or was just this day, or this launch? I had the exact same launch, hit the tires hard and then they hopped back up and I blew em off. Took the shocks to 7 in back and 1 in front if remeber correctly. Helped a bit but I can't launch it over 5k or so at that particular track with any setting. seems the shocks need to be dialed in for the conditions...

Also, I run 28x11.5 Streets at 17 psi

Good luck, as for me - going with ET Drags this year...

you need to stiffen the rear shocks or make more power as the tire is bogging down the motor.

It looks like the tires are spining on the rim, if they aren't screwed to the rim do that, the car also looks like it is hitting the tire then bogging badly and not getting up on the tire like it needs to.

You're having typical problems that stock cars have from what I have seen..... god damn I don't miss that ****.

the sob isnt stock thats what sucks about it! haha.i dont see how to get the wheel speed up. im already launching at 6k w/ 17 psi in the tires. i will screw the tires into the rims. my 28's are but these arent. my car is a heavy turd but it doesnt seem like it should be having this many issues for a fairly simple set up.

your driving the tire into the ground tighten extension in the rear shock to it's hardest setting.

I agree! You are crushing the tire to the ground. I used to have to run my QA-1s at 9-10 in the rear to keep it from crushing the rear tires.

There is likely some other areas to improve the launch, but this looks to be the primary issue.

Good luck!
